That's the rule inside the Obama campaign. The main staff of 700 members to the campaign have helped Barack Obama push past Hillary Clinton's campaign as front-runner in the democratic primaries. Their organization and experience is drawn from Obama's work as community organizer. Perhaps that's why Obama's team is out-performing Hillary by states, donations, and votes.
