China's Earthquake

China opens its doors to foreign aid but not fully open. There are some restrictions and although it's meaningful, it does raise speculation as to whether or not China will be cooperative in future events, such as the 2008 Olympics in Beijing. Much protest against China's human rights issues occurred around the world where the historic torch relay have taken place. Some argue that the Olympics is about the sports. However, it also has had historic precedence such as during World War II with Jesse Owens showing up and kicking Hitler's superior race theory's ass as well as breaking world records.
